当社NALU Hair Salonおよびその取締役、役員、従業員、協力会社、代理人、契約者、インターン、供給業者、サービス提供者、許諾者は、お客様の本サービスご利用や本サービスを通じて投稿されたコンテンツと商品のご利用にあたり、商品内容の誤りや欠如による損失を含む利益の損失、収益の損失、貯蓄の損失、データの損失、交換費用、契約上および契約外の不法行為（怠慢を含む）、損害賠償、等を含むがそれらに限定されないいかなる怪我、紛失、請求、直接的または間接的、偶発的、懲罰的、特別または結果的な損害から免責されるものとします。免責が適用しない一部の州または管轄地区においては、当社の責任は当州または管轄地区の法律で許容される最大限の範囲内で制限されるものとします。

第14節　　補償

お客様は、NALU Hair Salonおよびその親会社、子会社、関連会社、協力会社、役員、取締役、代理人、請負業者、許諾者、サービス提供者、下請業者、供給業者、インターンと従業員を補償、弁護する立場であり、お客様自身の本規約に対する違反行為、あるいは第三者の権利を損害する行為から生じる第三者やその参考資料からの弁護人費用を含むあらゆるクレームと要求に対し、当社に無害な立場であることを同意することとします。

第15節　　分離条項

本サービスご利用規約の条項が不法、無効、実施不可なものと判断された場合でも、それらの条項は適用される法律内で最大限に実施可能となり、実施不可能な部分は他の条項に影響することなく本規約から除外されます。

第16節　　契約の終了

契約終了日より前に発生した当事者の義務および負債は、終了後も全ての目的を果たすまで継続されます。
